I specifically was aiming to hire a local contractor for the job. John and his team worked with me for 18 months to finalize the scope, design and cost of my home renovation and addition project. Once we started, the team worked closely with the engineer and architect to ensure the project was built to spec. The team provided great communications and aligned all expectations associated with the schedule and milestones. They patiently work in and around our busy family to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned!!
